I got this recipe out of A Taste Of Home cookbook. This is a really good recipe. I love the herbs on this recipe.

Ingredients

3 lb
broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
1/2 c
butter
1/3 c
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
paprika, sweet mild
2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
brown sugar
1/2 tsp
dried rosemary,crushed
1/8 tsp
ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper

Step-By-Step

1Place chicken in an ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until juices run clear, basting ocassionally.
