Ingredients

1 lb
boneless chicken breast tenderloins
2 Tbsp
water
1
egg
1/3 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/3 c
crushed pork rinds
1/3 c
almond meal
1 bottle
buffalo sauce / wing sauce

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 F.
2whisk egg and water together in a pie plate.
3combine parmesan, pork rinds and almond meal in a gallon size storage bag.
4dip chicken tenderloins in egg mixture, add to storage bag and shake.
5place "breaded" chicken onto a greased baking sheet.
6Bake for 10 minutes, turn the chicken over and bake for 10 more minutes.
7Pour wing sauce over the chicken, flipping to coat both sides. Now it's ready to serve!
