boneless chicken breast tenderloins
grated parmesan cheese
buffalo sauce / wing sauce
whisk egg and water together in a pie plate.
combine parmesan, pork rinds and almond meal in a gallon size storage bag.
dip chicken tenderloins in egg mixture, add to storage bag and shake.
place "breaded" chicken onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, turn the chicken over and bake for 10 more minutes.
Pour wing sauce over the chicken, flipping to coat both sides. Now it's ready to serve!
