Buffalo Chicken Puff Pastry

Created before super bowl, based on finger food that was served at Sam's 15 years ago, and have not found it since.

2 c
cooked chicken
1 pkg
pepperidge farms puff pastry shells
1/2 c
frank'sredhot wings buffalo
3 Tbsp
frank's hot sauce
1 c
kraft mozzarella cheese
1/2 c
kraft sharp ceddar cheese
1 c
hidden valley ranch dressing


1Boil chicken ( I use boneless skinless breast, which I cube to cook faster)
2Toss cooked chicken in the wings and hot sauce. Set aside
3Cook Puff Pastry per directions, I suggest using egg wash for presentation.
4When puff pastry comes out of the oven, place chicken inside of the pocket and add cheese on top and stick under broiler for a couple of minutes to melt cheese. I add top of puff pastry and enjoy with ranch dressing or blue cheese.
