I found this recipe on a Penne Pasta bag. I made it for dinner tonight....wow was it good!
Next time I make it I will definately double the sauce recipe.
The hot sauce does not make it hot, just gives it a great flavor.

Ingredients

pieces frozen popcorn chicken bites
8 oz
penne rigate pasta
2 Tbsp
butter
1 c
sliced celery
1/2 c
chopped onions
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 c
half-n-half
1/2 c
blue cheese crumbles
1/4 c
louisiana--style hot sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Prepare chicken bites and pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta.

In a large skillet, melt butter over med-high heat. Add celery, onions, garlic and salt & pepper to taste. Saute' until celery is soft, (about 5-7 mins).

Stir in half-n-half, blue cheese and hot sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2-3 mins. Add pasta and chicken; toss to coat. Continue simmering until heated through and sauce has thickened.
