2 - 15 oz cans tomatoes, diced with onion & garlic, undrained
1 box stuffing mix, chicken, dry
1/2 cup water
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders, cut into bite size pieces
1 teaspoon basil, dried
2 - 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make bruschetta chicken bake casserole

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water & garlic until stuffing mix is moistened.
Step 3

Layer chicken, basil & cheese in a 3 qt casserole or 13 x 9" baking dish.
Step 4

Top with stuffing mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
