It is 11:00 AM and I ask myself the same question every day "What am I going to fix for dinner?" Well, I have chicken..Then I remembered a recipe my husband made for me before we got married (it was the last time he cooked), using Boursin Cheese. It was delicious!
I didn't feel like running to the store or paying $5.00 for 5.2 ounces, so off to the internet. Of course I found a recipe clone and the strangest thing bounced right off the page. It was almost exactly the same as my Herbal Dip Blend (contains 5-1 Tbsp servings) Except for one ingredient. It cost me $2.70 to make 1½ cups!
