Ingredients

2 lb
boneless skinless chicken breat
1-2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 clove
garlic
1/4 tsp
ginger
3/4 tsp
crushed red pepper
1/4 c
apple juice
1/3 c
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
ketchup
1 Tbsp
apple cide
1/2 c
water
1/3 c
soy sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook chicken in hot oil until browned. Remove from pan and cut into chucks.

In 2 quart pan add all ingredients (except chicken) cook over medium heat until well mixed. Turn heat up add chicken and bring to boil.

Once boiling turn down and simmer 20 minutes, serve over white rice.
