Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar Roast Chicken

I love balsamic vinegar and recently my local health food store got in several new flavours, one being black cherry. I couldn't believe how wonderful this tastes and smells. I wanted to use some of it on my chicken and I came up with this recipe. The balsamic vinegar isn't over powering at all, but you do get just a hint of it.

It is best to marinade the chicken over night to let the flavour get into the meat!

Ingredients

1/2 c
balsamic vinegar (i used black cherry)
1/4 c
grapeseed or other light oil
salt and pepper to taste
12-24 large
chicken legs

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat your oven to 350'F.

Remove the chicken from the marinade.

Place the chicken legs on a large baking tray with sides. Pour the marinade over top of the chicken.

Bake for about 40-45 minutes.
