- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 c lime ponzu sauce
- 1/4 c yellow mustard
- 1/3 c molassas
- 3/4 bottle beer
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp montreal chicken seasoning
- 2 chopped up chipotle peppers
1Mix everything together and go ahead and baste your meat.
Then when you put the meat in the oven or on the grill, simmer the sauce until it starts to thicken.
Baste the meat off and on as you see fit. Serve the rest of the sauce with the meal. You may need to double the recipe.
