Baked Chicken N Salsa By freda
Very Easy, and Healthy dish.
- chicken breast
- 1/2 C
- salsa i use mild ( mild or hot your choice)
- 6 small
- black olives, (sliced or whole)
- jalapeno peppers, sliced (optional)
SALSA CHICKEN (SPICEY) OR MILD (YOUR CHOICE)
Cut Foil big enough to close around your Chicken breast.
Pour Salsa over the breast.
Place Peppers(optionl) and Olives on top.
Place in an oven dish.
Serve with Baked tater,
Spanish Rice, Rice a Roni,
Salad, or Mexi Corn
