Anthony's Story

I made this tonight for dinner, Its so delicious. I came up with this recipe when I seen the last few Chicken breasts in the Freezer. I really wanted something different, So when I seen the Bacon, I said why not lol. It's very filling, and this Sauce is to die for! I cant imagine what else you could put this on! I'm thinking French Fries Lol! :)

Set up your typical breading station, and dredge each breast as follows. Flour, Egg, Panko. Once all are coated. Refrigerate for 30 mins to allow coating to adhere.

Once thickened, TURN OFF THE HEAT. And add cheese slowly until incorporated, whisking constantly.
