By Anthony Nicometi Jr AnthonyNicometi
I made this tonight for dinner, Its so delicious. I came up with this recipe when I seen the last few Chicken breasts in the Freezer. I really wanted something different, So when I seen the Bacon, I said why not lol. It's very filling, and this Sauce is to die for! I cant imagine what else you could put this on! I'm thinking French Fries Lol! :)
1 1/2 c

COLBY - MUSTARD SAUCE
1 1/2 c
colby jack cheese

1Set up your typical breading station, and dredge each breast as follows. Flour, Egg, Panko. Once all are coated. Refrigerate for 30 mins to allow coating to adhere.
2Microwave Bacon for 4-5 minutes on High until semi cooked and pliable, Put in the freezer till cool to the touch
3Bring 1/2 cup oil up to heat in a large skillet with high sides. Once hot, Place chicken, and brown all sides. Once done, place aside to cool slightly on paper towels.
4Wrap each Chicken breast with 2 strips of the bacon
5Cook at 425 for 10-14 minutes or until an internal temp of 165 is achieved
