Bacon Chicken Wraps

- chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2/3 c
- brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp
- chili powder (more or less to taste)
- 1 lb
- bacon, uncooked
1Make sure chicken breasts are thawed and trimmed. Then cut each breast into 1 inch chunks
2Next take 1 slice of bacon (I usually cut the strip into two pieces) and wrap around the chicken chunk and secure with a toothpick.
3Mix the brown sugar and chili powder in a shallow dish and dredge the chicken into the mixture. Place on a cookie sheet.
4Bake on 350'F for approximately 30-35 minutes. Bacon should be brown and crispy when it is done.
