Awesome Chicken Pot Pie

This secret recipe was provided to me by a friend who was the chef in a very popular restaurant. Enjoy.

Some pot pie variations have no bottom crust and are more similar to a baked casserole.

Ingredients

2 c
bisquick
2 c
milk
2 can(s)
cream of celery soup
15 oz
small peas
15 oz
carrots, sliced
15 oz
green beans
1 1/2 c
chicken broth
4
cooked chicken breast or cut up cooked chicken
1 stick
butter

Step-By-Step

1Place cooked chicken in the bottom of a greased 10 x 15 x 2-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, combine soup, broth, mix well, then add vegetables. Pour over chicken.
In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick and milk. mix well. Pour over chicken mixture.
2Melt butter in microwave-safe dish and drizzle over top. Bake at 350 degrees (uncovered) for 1 hour or until Bisquick rises and browns.
