In a non-metal bowl, combine sauce ingredience EXCEPT cornstarch & 2 Tbsp water.
Dust chicken pcs. with flour, salt & pepper. Lightly brown. Remove from pan. Add sauce and bring it to a medium boil.
Mix cornstarch & 2 Tbsp.of water into a slurry.
Mix slurry into boiling sauce & stir constantly to thicken. When thickened add chicken back in and lower heat. Cook until chicken is done stirring often. PS: chicken tenders cook quickly. This last step should only be about 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
