1In wok heat oil saute garlic for 3 minutes...add chicken broth, broccoli, carrots and cook til vegies are fork tender...cook pasta according to directions.
2Add cooked chicken, tomatoes and chestnuts and cook for 10 minutes stirring to avoid burning ingredients.
3Drain pasta place in a large bowl and add the chicken ingredients..top with cheese and serve a salad is a nice side dish with this meal
4FOOTNOTE...I purchase chicken breasts when on sale..add the to large pot add 8 cups water..1 carrot,2 celery ribs and med onion rough chopped...simmer for 1 hour..drain water discard the vegies,,let chicken cool and put in baggies to freeze..The chicken is ready to use for stir fry..chicken ala king..chicken salad etc and freeze the broth for soup or ?????.
