Ingredients For all purpose dry rub

  • 2 tsp
    peppercorns, whole black
  • 2 tsp
    yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp
    cumin seeds
  • 3 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 2 Tbsp
    dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 tsp
    celery seeds
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper

How To Make all purpose dry rub

    In a small skillet over medium heat, add peppercorns, mustard seeds & cumin seeds until toasted, 2 minutes. Let cool. Put into spice mill or small food processor & adding remaining ingredients & pulse until finely ground.

    Store in an airtight container up to 3 months.
