Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x13 Pyrex Dish layer the chicken breasts, soup, heavy cream, white wine. Then Saute' chopped onions with garlic and add to pyrex with all other ingredients. Then add 1 Family sized Can of Cream of Chicken soup.
Top each chicken breast with a slice of swiss, and then in a bowl mix together Parmesan with the Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Add bread crumb/Parmesan mixture on top of swiss cheese slices. Then cut butter into pad slices and arrange on top of bread crumb mixture on each piece of chicken.
Bake in Pre-heated Oven for 45 minutes UNCOVERED. Let Cool, then serve with a side dish like broccoli and crescent rolls.
