- left over mashed potatoes
- 2 c
- left over cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 jar(s)
- turkey gravy
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
2Place mashed potatoes in prepared casserole dish.
3Combine turkey and gravy in a large skillet. Bring just to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing until thoroughly combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4Spoon turkey mixture over potatoes spreading evenly until they are covered.
5Cover casserole and bake 25-30 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Serve hot.
