Ingredients For mexican dorito casserole

    rotisserie chicken, deboned and shredded
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1
    soup can chicken broth
  • 1 md
    onion, minced
  • 1 md
    bag doritos, nacho flavored
  • 1 sm
    pkg. velveeta cheese (8 oz)

How To Make mexican dorito casserole

    Prepare chicken. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Combine broth and soups together and mix well. In a 13 x 9 prepared casserole dish, put a layer of slightly crushed doritos. Place a layer of chicken on top followed by a layer of 1/2 onions and 1/2 cubed velveeta.

    Repeat layer again using remainder of ingredients. Pour soup mixture over final layer of casserole and then pour the rotel over that layer. Push liquid into corners, making sure liquid is evenly distributed.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, stirring lightly with a fork halfway through cooking process.
