Easy Rotisserie Chicken Bake Casserole

This chicken and broccoli casserole is a crowd pleasing comfort food. The blend of hot creamy sauce and golden crunchy topping makes even children come back for a second helping! This is even better the next day if there is any leftover.

Ingredients

1 large
1 fully cooked rotissorie chicken picked off the bone in small pcs.
2 bag(s)
broccoli florets
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 c
reg or fat free mayo
1
loaf of store packaged fresh garlic bread
1 c
chicken broth
2 Tb Tbsp
lemon juice concentrate
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
garlic salt
1 pkg
8 oz triple cheddar cheese blend.

Step-By-Step

1Use 1 large glass lasagna pan. Spray with cooking spray.
2Place frozen or partially thawed broccoli florets in bottom of glass dish.
3Place cooked rotisserie chicken pcs on top of broccoli.
4In a bowl -add the cream of chicken soup , chicken broth, lemon juice, mayo, pepper, and garlic salt. Wisk together to blend.
5Pour mixture evenly over chicken and broccoli.
6Place uncovered in oven at 375 for 35 mins till bubbling.
7While chicken and broccoli is in the oven - open the garlic bread and spread the butter evenly on both sides before breaking into pcs.
8Break bread into small pcs or pulse to crumbs in food processor.
9When chicken is hot and bubbly remove from the oven. Sprinkle 3 cheese blend over hot chicken.
10Add bread crumbs over top of the cheese.
11Bake another 20 minutes until golden brown.
