Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

This recipe is great over noodles with a salad on the side.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
beef stew meat
2 can(s)
condensed golden mushroon soup
1 large
onion....diced
2-4 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 c
water
8 oz
cream cheese
2 dash(es)
garlic salt
2 dash(es)
hot paprika
rice or noodles

Step-By-Step

1In a crock pot stir all ingredients together EXCEPT meat and cream cheese.
2Once combined add beef stew meat and mix together.
3Cook on low for 8 hours.
4Just before serving our up the cream cheese into cubes and turn the crock pot to High.
Stir in cream cheese until it is combined.
(You may have to put the lid back on and leave for 10 minutes)
5Serve over rice or noodles.
