Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

This is a good recipe to make for a pot luck supper - you will have to douple all ingredients , using a 9 x 13" baking pan.

8 oz
angel hair pasta
2 Tbsp
butter, unsalted

boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
4 oz
pimento, chopped
1 c
onion, chopped
1 c
celery, chopped
1 c
green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp
butter
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 tsp
kosher salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
14 oz
chicken broth
2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c
panko bread crumbs

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven 425
Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to directions.
Saute the chopped onion, celery & g.pepper in the butter.
Mix together the sauteed vegetables, chicken, chicken soup, pimentos, salt & pepper, chicken broth and cooked spaghetti.

Place all of this in a lightly greased 2 qt.baking dish.
Stir cheese & panko crumbs together and spread on top.
Dot with butter.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
