Ingredients

cooking spray
1 bag(s)
success white rice
15 oz. jar(s)
classico four cheese sauce
10 oz pkg
frozen chopped spinach
14 oz. pkg
artichoke quarters, drained
15 oz. can(s)
italian diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 c
milk
1/2 c
cooked chicken, chopped (1" to 2" pcs.)
1 c
shredded mozzarella cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Thaw and remove excess water from spinach
3Coat a 2 qt. baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
4Prepare rice according to package directions.
5In a large bowl combine rice, sauce, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, milk, and chicken. Top with cheese.
6Bake 20 min.
