Saute ground round and chopped onion in large pan Cook noodles until a la dente. Add soups, cooked noodles salt and pepper to ground beef mixture. Add water to desired consistency; approximately 3/4 cup and mix well.
Pour into lightly greased 9 X 13 inch pan and sprinkle with grated cheddar chees and parmasean cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes or until bubbly.
