For hot and spicy ketchup:in a small bowl,combine ketchup,chili powder and crushed red pepper flakes,whisk together until blended.
In a large skillet,mist with cooking spray,add beef patty chunks,saute for 8 minutes,stir in hot and spicy ketchup,season with seasoned pepper,and cook for 5 minutes.
For honey mustard scrambled eggs:in a medium bowl,beat eggs,half and half and honey mustard together until smooth.Melt margarine in nonstick skillet over medium heat.Cook egg mixture in skillet,stirring to slowly scrambled eggs,until the eggs are fully set,3 to 5 minutes.
Grease a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish.Add hamburger bun pieces on bottom on the baking dish and sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Layer with hash brown potatoes,top with burger mixture,spread with processed cheese sauce,add scrambled egg mixture,sprinkle with crumbled bacon and top with american cheese slices.
Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes,or until cheese are melted.
