Moist & Flavorful! Easy, quick, hearty, & healthy describe this burger. Most importantly, it's just plain good. The bell pepper & onions keeps it moist & flavorful. I use green peppers but any color will do. Add red pepper flakes for heat. Top with grilled jalapeños, sliced tomatoes, onions, lettuce, horseradish sauce, ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce, or mayo. Great with seasoned fries, salad, & baked beans. Yum!

Ingredients For turkey burgers, best ever

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1/2
    bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 sm
    onion, diced
  • Half Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1
    egg,beaten
  • Half Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix packet

How To Make turkey burgers, best ever

    Combine all ingredients, including the 2 tbl of oil & Mix gently with a fork. Do not over mix. Form into 4 patties. Again, do not over pat burgers.

    Heat an additional tablespoon of oil. Fry patties on medium heat on each side. About 3-4 minutes/side. Or grill the burgers

    Optional: Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, raw onions, grilled jalapeños on a warm bun.
