lean ground beef
celery ribs with leaves, chopped
chopped green pepper
1 2/3 c
canned crushed tomatoes
paprika (i use hungarian as it has more flavor than the regular)
sandwich buns, split
1In a Dutch oven over medium heat brown your ground beef, onion, celery and green pepper until the meat is no longer pink and the veggies are tender; drain.
2Add the next 9 ingredients; mix well. Simmer uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes stirring occasionally. Spoon 1/2 cup of the meat mixture into each bun. Enjoy.
