Warm chipped beef dip

|2 1/2 oz||jar of dried beef, rinsed, dried and cut into small pieces|
|16 oz||cream cheese softened|
|1 c||sour cream|
|3-4 Tbsp||milk (just enough to make this spread spreadable)|
|1 medium||onion, chopped ( i use 2 tablesppons)|
|salt and pepper to taste|

I received this recipe from a teacher at work who brought it to a buffet. It is SO good! It also is just fine on the buffet table even at room temp. Creamy, spreadable and delicious!
Combine all ingredients, adding milk last, and just until it is spreadable to your liking. (at least 3 Tablespoons of milk, more if you like it thinner)Mix very well (this is where the Kitchen Aide comes in handy. You want it very blended and smooth.)
Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with crackers and breads.
