Vidalia Beef Patty

Ingredients

ground beef patty, per person
1.5 slice
idaho potato per person
1.5 slice
large vidalia onion per person
butter
salt and freshly ground pepper

Step-By-Step

1On a piece of heavily buttered foil, place beef patty, topped with potato, topped with onion.
2Top onion with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
3Salt and pepper heavily.
4Twist foil together at top to enclose package.
5Place packages in ovenproof dish or on baking sheet.
6Bake at 350 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
