elbow macaroni, uncooked
(8 oz.) velveeta , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
In large non-stick skillet, brown the beef, salt and pepper to taste; drain.
In large saucepan, add the water, ketchup and onion powder and mix until well blended. Bring to a boil and stir in elbow's, cover and simmer on medium-low until macaroni is tender, about 8 minutes.
Stir in the Velveeta cheese and cook until thoroughly melted.
