Ingredients

1 1/2-2 lb
ground beef
1 Tbsp
cooking oil
1 large
onion chopped
1 clove
garlic, minced
1 small
cabbage chopped
2 can(s)
(14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
(8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c
water
1 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
sea salt

Step-By-Step

1In large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion and cook stirring until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender.

2Add garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Add chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.

3Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until cabbage is tender.
