TRINA'S STUFFED PEPPERS

- dry white rice
- large green peppers
- cans tomato soup
- 1 lb
- ground beef
- 2/3 c
- chopped onions

1cook rice according to package directions.
cut peppers tops off and take out the membrane and seeds. place peppers in large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.
turn to low heat, cook 5 minutes
remove peppers with tongs, drain well. and place peppers in 13x9 baking dish
2mix together ground beef, onions, cooked rice salt, pepper, and 1/2 can of tomato soup and stuff mixture into peppers.
3stir together 1 can and 1/2 reserved can tomato soup and mix with 1/2 can water. pour over top of peppers.
bake 350 oven for 1 hour. baste occasionally.
