Ingredients

20 oz
bag frozen cheese tortellini unthawed
1 lb
ground beef
1 medium
onion diced
4 clove
garlic minced
1 tsp
italian seasoning
15 oz
can diced tomatoes
3 c
beef broth
1 Tbsp
beef bouillon
4 Tbsp
cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 c
shredded cheese blend cheddar/monteraray jack
2 tsp
fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Step-By-Step

1Brown the ground beef with onions and garlic. Cook until onions are soft and beef is no longer pink . Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add Italian seasoning.

2Stir in the tortellini, beef broth and bouillon. Add the undrained tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer and simmer until most of liquid is absorbed.

3Stir in the cream cheese and the shredded cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Serve garnished with parsley
