Tony's Spicy Beef Tacos

Kim Biegacki

Well, I finally got this recipe from my husband by agreeing to be his "sous chef". lol

This is a delicious homemade version of a traditional ground beef taco. The meat mixed in with the pureed spicy beans makes it a creamy delicious bite of taco with some heat.

I love when my husband cooks as he did for the first 6 years of marriage. Not so much do I like being his "sous chef" but that's another story. We are definitely not the "Neely's" working together in the kitchen. LOL

I hope you enjoy Tony's version of a Spicy Beef Taco.

2Add ground beef and seasoning mixture to pan.
Brown your ground beef and then drain off the excess grease.
3Have "sous chef" puree the beans in a food processor or a blender if you can't find the blade to the processor. LOL ---Also have "sous chef" clean up and take pictures too.
4Now, add your tomato sauce, green chiles to beef and blend together. Now add your taco seasoning and other spices. Then, add your pureed beans to the mixture.
5Let it cook on a medium to low heat for about 30-40 minutes.
6Have "sous chef" prepare the condiments for tacos.
Once you have condiments ready put the taco meat mixture into a bowl and serve.
