Super simple, super easy! Makes a delicious dinner...great with mashed red potatoes and fresh steamed green beans.

I mix cornstarch with crock pot juices after removing the roast to make a pan gravy. Then I shred the leftovers and mix with gravy--makes FABULOUS bbq-like sandwiches the next day!

Ingredients

2-3 lb
beef roast
1 can(s)
whole cranberry sauce
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix

Step-By-Step

1Place beef roast, fat side up, in crock pot. Spread cranberry sauce on top of roast. Sprinkle soup mix over roast.

2Cook on low heat for 8 - 10 hrs.
