This is my oldest son's very favorite dish. One of those quick easy main dishes that just requires a salad and salsa to complete the meal.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can(s)
enchilada sauce
1 (5 oz) can(s)
evaporated milk
8 oz
shredded cheddar cheese
9 oz
corn tortilla chips

Step-By-Step

1Place tortilla chips into a well greased 9 X 13 baking dish.
2Brown ground beef, drain well. Add soups, sauce, and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chips. Top with cheese and place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and Tex Mex is bubbly.
