lean ground beef (cooked)
liptons onion soup mix
sour cream, lite
can cream of mushroom soup
water chestnuts (chopped)
montery jack cheese
1Layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish cooked ground beef, then mushrooms and then the green beans on top of the mushrooms.
Sprinkile the cheese on top of the mushrooms.
2Mix the Sour cream, onion soup, cream of mushroom soup and water chestnuts together. Heat in the microwave about 2 minutes. Pour on top of the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
3Place tater tots on top single layer. One bag will almost fit the pan depending on how exact you place them.
4Bake at 350 degrees, I usually cover for about 30 minutes then take off the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and tots are golden brown.
