My dear friend made this a lot when we were housemates. Its really yummy and really simple to make! Perfect for a hearty, but quick week night meal!

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
(32 oz.) frozen tater tots
3 can(s)
mushroom soup
1 pkg
(12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain off excess grease.

2Mix ground beef with three cans of mushroom soup and spread in the bottom of a glass casserole or baking dish.

3Place tater tots on top of soup. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until desired tots reach desired crispness.

4Add cheese to top. Bake, uncovered an additional 10 minutes.
