Coat a 10 inch pie pan with cooking spray. Mix crushed tortilla chips with egg white, then place this mixture evenly on bottom and sides of pie pan to form crust.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Place small amount of olive oil in large skillet and cook onions and garlic until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Then add salt, taco seasoning mix and salsa and mix well. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Pour the beef mixture evenly onto the crust. Arrange the lettuce in a ring, around the pie, followed by rings of cheese and tomatoes.
Slice pie and top with dollop of sour cream. Enjoy.
