2 to 5 lb
chicken gumbo soup
mustard to taste
ketchup to taste
1Brown hamburger meat over medium heat, breaking it up into bits.
2Add soup, stir to blend
3Add desired amount of mustard and ketchup. Stir to blend. Tammy said you would know the right amount of ketchup by the right degree of redness.
4Spoon into hamburger buns and serve. Buns can be toasted or steamed. Add more mustard and/or ketchup on top of the meat in sandwich if desired.
