1 pkg harina de maiz
1 1/2 lb carne de puerco cortada en pedacitos pequenos
1 clove ajo
1 small cebolla
1/2 c pasta de tomate
1 aji verde
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
1/2 tsp comino
1 hoja de laurel

Combinar la harina con una taza de agua y dejarla reposar por 10 minutos .En una casuela aparte, hacer un sofrito con el ajo molido,la cebolla cortada en trozos pequenos,el puerco y los demas ingredientes. Dorar por 10 minutos

Luego al sofrito se le incorpora la harina co aproximadamente dos tazas de agua y se debe revolver constantemente,con una cuchara de madera hasta que cuaje,la masa se deja a fuego lento por 45 minutos o hasta que el puerco este suave.

si la masa queda muy seca o espesa se le agrga mas agua.
