Ingredients
| 1 lb ground beef | |
| salt and pepper | |
| 3 cloves garlic,minced | |
| 1/2 onion onion,minced | |
| 1/2 c tomato sauce | |
| 1/2 c water or beef broth | |
| hamburger buns | |
| cheddar or colby cheese,shredded | |
| lettuce,shredded | |
| 4 slices tomatoes | |
| liquid hot sauce,like texas pete |

Directions
Cook ground beef until almost brown,season with salt and pepper. Add onions and garlic,cook until onions are soft and meat is browned. Add tomato sauce and water,simmer 10 mins.
Heat buns . Divide all ingredients between 4 buns, adding a scoop of meat on the bottom bun,cheese,lettuce,tomatoes and hot sauce.

Many Years ago . . . "TACO BELL" used to make a "Bell Burger" for 25 cents,
(Now I am telling how long ago that really was)
which was a taco burger. It was my favorite. They No longer make nor serve them. If You were to ask for one they would have No clue what you were talking about.
So this is greatly appreciated.
I also make My own version, but with a few more Mexican spices, than yours has. Thanks lots..
