Taco on a bun

|2 lb||ground round|
|2 tsp||ea. of cumin, garlic granules, and chili powder|
|1 tsp||onion granules|
|2||loaves of french bread|
|8 slice||real american cheese|
|6-8 oz||grated cheddar|
|1/4 c||chopped onions|
Cook ground round with spices till done. Add salt to taste. Chop onions and tomatoes.
Cut off top 1/3 of sub buns and hollow out slightly by removing some of the bread inside (do not go all the way through to the bottom of the bun).
Place american cheese on bun, top with taco meat, onion, grated cheese and tomato (lettuce, opt). Add taco sauce on top id desired.
