8 oz tomato sauce
First french cut all of your freshly washed green beans.
Brown hamburger and drain; in a 2 Qt sauce add your browned hamburger, onion, garlic, 1 T Allspice and salt/pepper. Saute until onions are clear in color.
Remove meat mixture from pan and put all green beans on the bottom with some water (maybe 1/2 cup); put meat back on top and steam for about 20 min. on medium heat.
Lower the heat and add tomato sauce along with another 2 or 3 T of Allspice, depending of preference. While this continue to cook make your pasta or rice to serve along with green beans.
