A great dish! Make small meatballs for appetizers. Make larger meatballs and serve over rice or noodles. Absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

1-2 lb
ground beef
1
egg
2 Tbsp
breadcrumbs
1 tsp
salt
dash
pepper
1/4 c
chopped onion
12 oz
chili sauce
10 oz
grape jelly
3 Tbsp
lemon juice

Step-By-Step

1Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, seasonings and onion. Make small meatballs.

2Heat chili sauce, jelly, and lemon juice in a heavy skillet until blended. Add meatballs, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Uncover and cook 15 minutes longer, stirring frequently.
