Ingredients

beef brisket (3-3 1/2 lbs), cut in half
1 c
ketchup
1/4 c
grape jelly
1
envelope onion soup mix
1/2 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Place half of the beef brisket in a 5-qt slow cooker. In a bowl combine the ketchup, jelly, soup mix, and pepper; spread half over the meat. Top with remaining meat and ketchup mixture.

2Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the meat is tender. Slice the brisket; serve with cooking juices.
