Add all of the dry ingredients with the steak tips. Make sure that everything is coated with the seasonings.
Then add the wet ingredients and swirl it around getting everything good and wet. (It doesn't look appetizing at this point...)
Let stand in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before you cook it and then enjoy when it's at the temperature that you like!!
It's best if you let the marinade sit over night, throwing it a stir or two if you think of it.
Or place in a Ziploc bag and freeze for later use.
