I do wish someone would edit the recipe to share the size of roast to get.

This is the best roast ever. However, I have made this twice and either I want more gravy than the normal person or I'm just not getting it. I told a friend about this receipt and I told her to add 1/2 cup of beef broth. She said it is wonderful and plenty of gravy. Will try it next time.

I'm trying this today but have to use what I have on hand. A 2# London Broil, pkt of Spicy Ranch, pkt of mushroom gravy and dried chipotles. Since the meat is only 2# I'm using half of the packets as I don't want it to be too salty. Fingers crossed.
