Don't let the butter scare you! This roast was so delicious and moist. It has become a family favorite. You can make a side dish of mash potatoes or rice. There is plenty of juice!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

chuck roast
1 pkg
hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 pkg
mccormick au jus mix
1 stick
butter
5
pepperoncini peppers

Step-By-Step

1Place chuck roast in crock pot.

2Sprinkle dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix, add packet of dry McCormick Au Jus mix, a stick of butter and 5 pepperoncini peppers. DO NOT ADD WATER!

3Cook on low 7-8 hours.
