Slow-cooked corned beef w/ honey mustard sauce

Just in time for St paddy's day, this sauce really brings out the beef flavor so well.

Ingredients

4 pound corned beef brisket w/ seaoning packet
1/4 c
honey
1/4 c
grain mustard

Directions Step-By-Step

Rinse corned beef, pat dry. Place beef in slow-cooker. Add seasoning packet, cover beef w/ water. Cook on low for 8 hrs.

Set oven to broil. Trim away any fat from beef. Place beef on a broiler pan. In bowl, whisk together honey and mustard. Pour mix over beef.

Broil 5-7 mins, or until glaze begins to caramelize.
