Ingredients

2 lb
sirloin tip roast
3 Tbsp
olive oil
6 clove
garlic (minced fine)
1/4 c
ketchup
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/4 c
worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp
ground red pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
each: salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Coat large skillet with olive oil. Cut meat into small triangular pieces, put into skillet and brown on all sides over medium heat.
2Add remaining ingredients, stir together well. Reduce heat to low, simmer with lid on skillet until meat is tender.
3Serve over egg noodles or rice.

*** If you like more gravy, add a brown gravy mix as directed on package during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
